In my last 2 years personally learnt a lot from our leadership team who always go above and beyond to help and support the team. Would like to highlight that I have learnt nitty gritty about the recruitment process by facing practical challenges which is given by my managers and their belief and trust on me makes me more confident to do my job. Highly recommended to someone who wants to build their career with right circle of influence.

I would like to give my honest feedback about my company. I have spent almost 4 years in this wonderful organisation and i am always proud to be a part of this family where we have excellent people , very understandable Boss I like this company's working culture as the management always maintains transparency at all the level, i would like to take this opportunity to convey my special thanks to my Boss as he is always supportive and being my mentor at the time . I would recommend Delivery Centric to anyone who's looking for a solid job that will make them to grow not only in terms of knowledge but also in there career .

Good opportunity to be a part of a closely knit team. Platform to learn a lot and get exposure much faster than most other organizations. Management is transparent with majority of the decisions and is also open to recommendations most of the times. Company policies are straight forward and not complicated. Salaries are paid on or before time.

Transparency in work and management. Employee Suggestions are taken into consideration. Employees are involved in company strategy planning and most of the key decisions/ changes. Good Peer Environment and lot of learning opportunities. Challenging work .

I like the community that is built=in the workspace. You feel connected with peers and the people that you interact with are all well educated who know what they are doing. Being around people like this helps you grow.

Dislikes

I loved working at Delivery Centric. It was an experience that I will never forget. After many years of working at DC, I can confirm that I have never felt that anything was lacking in my job. Even if I did feel in a certain way, DC's management made sure that this was solved ASAP and this is something that I am greatly respectful of, as they not only value their customers but also employees.
