Dislikes

Management, HRs and Teamleads are very frauds. Includes allowances in CTC. Finds ways to deduct salary of an employee. No timely salaries. Tools are worse. Basically nothing is good.

Likes

Shift timings are good unlike other companies, who have to work graveyard shifts.

Dislikes

No yearly salary hikes, no promotions, there is no scope to learn the process, it is not a continuous process to learn and grow.

Helpful seniors and Salary always credited on time. Health insurance provided. Permanent work from home.

Dislikes

...ory graveyard shift (2 am - 11 am) which is very difficult and hard on the body. Salary is very low and depends on a lot of variables so before joining please ask the HR to clarify properly the in hand salary.

WFH, good management, everything transparent.

No salary hike...if we take leave....we have to compensate for that leave by dng extra work on working days or off days. Fixed salaray shd be implemented according to grades

DeliverHealth is an excellent working place where you can balance your work life and regular life and the mangement is very accomodating. They in fact promote and encourage employees to take offs regularly and even long weekend offs for outing and annual holidays. You get opportunity to learn new things.

Dislikes

Medical transcription field is going on a downhill course, so the company is trying its best to get new work for its existing employees and they encourage employees to pursue new aspects and learn new skills. the work is going down so you are not able to earn much.
