I like nothing about this company. It's like a scam for freshers. They treat terribly and don't pay for your work. No proper working culture, no supporting employees, toxic environment, dominates each other.

Dislikes

They always keeps on threatening their employees, they don't pay us in time. Chancellor dominating behaviour is extremely rude. They make us do a lot work and in repay they give nothing but abuse employees and threatening.

Likes

I have been a part of Delite Hi-tech since the last 4 years, have been working individually which had boosted me to work individually as well as within a team.

Dislikes

Sometimes workload is high hence unable to take leaves when needed but can compensate it when required

I joined as a Fresher and have developed my skillset from scratch with good learning experience. Growth have been tremendous. Can work Individually due to the growth

Dislikes

Learning is high, however due to work load sometimes have to extend working hours.

The company is open to innovation and readily accepts new idea if it is betterment of the company. Which has boosted my confidence level when I joined as a fresher & grew professionally in my skillset.

Dislikes

When the work pressure is high it sometimes interferes with work life balance as leaves does not get approved but it is compensated when work load normalises
