Skill development and learning were good. You get a lot of responsibilities and it develops your business acumen. People are fairly qualified

...t. Work-life balance is either good or very very bad, depending on your profile. Compensation and increments are below average. Mostly I felt like overworked and underpaid.

If you'll get job here do work with your dedication company always be apperciate its like govt. Sector...Even CEO of that's organization down to earth guy.. no attitude loving nature beleive spread unconditional love everywhere 🥰

Due to health issues if employees unable to inform that case company right to deduct salary but Don't be terminate from position around without understanding whats issues n all.

No work life balance, management has no idea about ground realities. No body to take responsibility at critical situation, all need to be handled by sales team. No proper training. You have to work 24x7 where management enjoy there holidays. No planning only pressure to make profit.

Culture is good, will get opportunity to grow and learn but it will not be documented. Working environment is also good. Doesn't have unnecessary pressure except during festivals.

Doesn't pay good while appraisal seasons even if you have worked well. Doesn't get the positions documented while promoting unless you resign. No benefit for employees.
