Bad politics & negative environment. Sometimes managers won’t even hesitate before going personal and sabotaging professional grounds just to satisfy their ego. HR interference is less. Which makes even Managers and AMs SMs more powerful No hierarchy, no payslab. 1 Manager is getting 40k and another Manager in same team would be getting 90k.

Salary credited at the same laat day of the month.

Dislikes

Work life not maintain at all. Minimum working hours entire pan india centers 12 hours. Job is not secure at all. High risk of the career.. After having leaves the company didn't allow for any leaves.

I would say I like the work environment & culture most.

Dislikes

I don't like the discrimination in salary between an upper grade & lower grade.... Cause the difference is too high and the company should provide a handsome salary at first.

Work life is proper, good compensation, friendly management, however lacks a bit structure and job delegation. Inspirational peers, works International.

The main drawback are cost and size as most courier companies have strict limits on how large a package can be, meaning that if your parcel exceeds size limits, the courier service will not be able to transport it.

...ere is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Comany policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.
