Mumbai HQ is quite Peaceful only if your manager is from another city. Salary for intern convert into full time on Delhivery payroll only

Micromanagement. Manager is dumb to handle team. Attrition is at peak. Forces to resign during probation without specific reason. No job security no promotions till 8 years. Cross border team leaves due to no business and silent lay offs.

No training program, You have to work after your shift, reimbursement rejected, You have to go to lodge FIR no legal support, why I suppose to lodge FIR company should have their legal team.
