...t. Work-life balance is either good or very very bad, depending on your profile. Compensation and increments are below average. Mostly I felt like overworked and underpaid.

I would say job security is quite good ...while the work culture during covid times has been horrible considering the travel difficulties we have to face ...the management is quite good.the work environment is good and the teammates are quite supportive...the bonus we get is something which is very bad...and also and the bonuses are very bad.also the fact that we don't have ny option saying it for chilling maybe cafetaria or something.

Politics to be first .salary is ok and growth is very slow.

Culture is good, will get opportunity to grow and learn but it will not be documented. Working environment is also good. Doesn't have unnecessary pressure except during festivals.

Doesn't pay good while appraisal seasons even if you have worked well. Doesn't get the positions documented while promoting unless you resign. No benefit for employees.

It's one of the worst company manager or giving full pressure to executive because of they got 50k above salary so that they put over pressure and also they don't know the work on dhelivery through the manager and asking more questions regarding company one of the worst company and don't survey here it's waste of time only.

Nothing is good in this company, there is no work culture, no timings for last mile employees. Big zero.

...s. There is more than 12 hours nearly 18 hours of work no over time is provided. Very low basic salary for last mile workers. There will be more pressure in BBD. Company only thinks about profit nothing about the workers/employees.
