...ervice based industries.. the point is there are a lot of growth opportunities. Salary should ONLY be negotiated at the time of joining, cz appraisal is less compared to CC cashback.

Noticeable Biased monopoly of ground management. Toxic and corrupts Directors of the facility. Complex hierarchy.

they will recruit only offroll employees not on roll employees, because they will give onroll position and the benefits to that employee which sits in HO office got recruited by their family member and Friends only, In delhivery they will only prefer north people more, for offroll employee there is no entry in the regional office they have to sit nearest DC (dispatch center).

I would say I like the work environment & culture most.

Dislikes

I don't like the discrimination in salary between an upper grade & lower grade.... Cause the difference is too high and the company should provide a handsome salary at first.

Senior his work assigned to junior, and they will rotate shift anytime without valid information, There is work Packing IT asset and connect to Location , some only IT Work.

A very good place to work and to grow your skills and gain extra knowledge also to experience of handling difficulties.

Dislikes

... working it's a good place but there is no offerings for the off-Role employees. The salary hike is not that much of noticeable.
