I fell proud for worked there Because my TL was very nice and guide person. Very nice Environment. My colleges were very cooperative and helpful person Nice work all are belong IT not any other work. .

Actually, there is no Job secure means, not permanent or enrolled pay .they prefer only offline employe(3rd party payroll). No salary improvement chance.

Cleaning and sanitization is good but due to work load i have to visit the office regularly and i have almost completed by 1 year in this company but the growth opportunity is less because i worked here as an third party payroll.

If you works as a offrole then salary and and growth opportunity are less.

because the lacking of salary growth i want to leave from here.the most enjoyable part of work is while working on difficult task . i always love to difficulties.

Mumbai HQ is quite Peaceful only if your manager is from another city. Salary for intern convert into full time on Delhivery payroll only

Micromanagement. Manager is dumb to handle team. Attrition is at peak. Forces to resign during probation without specific reason. No job security no promotions till 8 years. Cross border team leaves due to no business and silent lay offs.

Management sirf bolti hai ki appraisal mein badhayenge 5 saal ho gaya ye line sunke lekin 3% hi badhaya har baaar. ye performance wali baat to sirf goli dene ke liye hai...
