Nothing as much, they hire people is high package, but no job security at all. I was hired for the post of admin but within 6 month the entire department was dissolved out of no reason. I wouldn't recommend anyone to join as it is very risky.

Mumbai HQ is quite Peaceful only if your manager is from another city. Salary for intern convert into full time on Delhivery payroll only

Micromanagement. Manager is dumb to handle team. Attrition is at peak. Forces to resign during probation without specific reason. No job security no promotions till 8 years. Cross border team leaves due to no business and silent lay offs.
