Dislikes

Mostly I dislike about DTC often when If any dispute is about religion, then people vandalize inside the bus. Due to which the department has to face financial loss and then the common man has to wait a lot when he gets the bus.

Only likeable thing is that it is a permanent job. No support whatsoever from the company during COVID-19 lockdown.

Dislikes

Work culture, if you can call it that, is absolutely terrible. For Doctors, especially, it is a bad place to work, as no one is bothered to address your grievances. They don't even behave properly, or treat you with dignity.

I m part time employee so do not face too much problems in work life balance. Career growth is Not good, salary/appraisal is terribly poor, work environment is so so not good, innovation is NIL.

DTC is facing a horrible time of downfall due to politics in Delhi. Once this used to be a BRAND in transport with its own maintenance workshops and having interstate routes. Now the politics has ruined this department.
