Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. I joined DTC and was working with full efficiency they did not give me my offer letter on asking many times they will hire you and keep you in their notice and want you to show result in very short span i have not been given my salary and pandemic happened and after offices were reopened i asked to give some salary for my work done they clearly said no and are not picking up my calls they will give you a good designation but on less package so if you are thinking to join please think twice
