I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

I joined DTC and was working with full efficiency they did not give me my offer letter on asking many times they will hire you and keep you in their notice and want you to show result in very short span i have not been given my salary and pandemic happened and after offices were reopened i asked to give some salary for my work done they clearly said no and are not picking up my calls they will give you a good designation but on less package so if you are thinking to join please think twice
