the only thing good about DSIM was it was close to my house and I was also able to meet some very good clients in terms of working as a freelancer.

...on time plus at the time of leaving the company they didn't even give me my FNF. Especially when they are running a scam where people who are in need are tricked to pay soo high for a digital marketing course and when it comes to deliverables for the same, it is completely zero. No respect for employees and no respect for learners. I wish I could report these kinds of companies for some legal actions to be taken upon them bcoz they really deserved to be heavily penalized.

Not Reliable at all. No training and development. No job security. No guarantee of salary or conveyance or incentives. No co-ordination. No problem solving. No meetings. No hearing to employees.

Only thing best about this company is a decent salary that too 1 or 2 days delay. If you leave or they fire (most likely if you question them) then forget your salary & TDS.

Its one of the worst company to work with. No Process, no Induction, no work ethic & worst of all its been run by a lady with no mental stability & stupid attitude.

DSIM is the worst company to work in and work for because the most inefficient department of DSIM is the Management itself. Management: Husband and wife, and the third person. The wife is the most brainless of the three, the husband is the most shameless of the three, and the third person is the most spineless of the three (puppet of the husband and wife duo). All they are concerned about is money, money, and more money from students through false claims. You write 10 emails to the management and they won't reply to even one of those. In making false promises to the students, they are unethical to the core and in doing so they have no shame whatsoever! Even the claims on their website is absolutely FAKE!

DSIM is my second job.Been working for more than 2 years.Office infrastructure,culture,colleague, Managements are excellent.

Frankly speaking ,I have no issues working with DSIM.When it comes to Appraisal it takes a little time to proceed.Otherwise ,everything is perfect as I mentioned earlier.
