...cs a total lack of transparency and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign and the notice period is of 3 months. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Timely salary before lockdown days is appreciable. Good infrastructure.

Salary was lesser in comparison to work load. Partiality between admin and teachers was something I hated the most. Otherwise great place to work.

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. School policies are good, appraisal is fair, and give very good salary

In advertisement they wrote salary as per the DPS society norms.... But still they are not following..... maximum teaches are suffering after join..... So who wants to join don't believe their verbal statement.... Only believe in written statement..... And one thing more every year more than 50 teachers are leaving this school..... here teachers are getting behaviour from authority like a dog..... No time will get for family because working time is 8 hours 10 minutes..... From morning to evening..... Increment policy also not..... This year no increment given..... And discrimination is everywhere in the school......
