Unnacasary Apologize later writing , Listening much from The Parents Who Always demands Best Education that is Thier right But Try to Understand Situation of the Teacher many times Students not having Proper Books Matireal for online Class may be no prasance , Parents always ready to Complain about Teacher for any small mistake but never Ready understand online Network or the time issues , Every month time table change is also problem little shift of lacture On Saturday timing change They already got less online Session and some time student joining one hour early this kind of mistakes Create fear of Job as gives Parents freedom to Complain and asking for legal step, but they might do not know That I have felt these kinds of Injustice many times in my Job Carrier , IfEnglish language is main for Education so why Parents aspects Hindi understding from the teacher, If they Have admission in English Medium Education so they must learn toSpeak as well as Understand English Language Properly, Asking Questions is the right of Every Student for self development. From last 70 years Indian Education have Developed Employees for Earning Government Jobs are main Intention but Why less Focus On other Activities , from the childhood every student wants to become Doctor engineers and we want Gold Medals in Olompics . In advertisement they wrote salary as per the DPS society norms.... But still they are not following..... maximum teaches are suffering after join..... So who wants to join don't believe their verbal statement.... Only believe in written statement..... And one thing more every year more than 50 teachers are leaving this school..... here teachers are getting behaviour from authority like a dog..... No time will get for family because working time is 8 hours 10 minutes..... From morning to evening..... Increment policy also not..... This year no increment given..... And discrimination is everywhere in the school......

Nothing , the staff encouragement is 0. Everything happens as the coordinators says ...the principal does not have a polite way of talking...in front of everyone she is very sweet but inside the cabin she is altogether a different personality. No encouragement for the teachers....only the old staff is valued

Everything...worst experience of my life...I would request everyone don't go by their advertisement that they pay you 7th pay scale.... everything is a sweet lie...when you go there you will regret.
