The only good thing is the brand DPS, that’s it. Rather there nothing like DPS Culture in the school. DPS needs a strong headed principal.

Oh don’t get me started. Don’t fall into trap of they say we will revise your salary, ones you start your job, because they will do it. I have seen people join in with their last drawn salary. The top management is terrible. The directors brings in their extra martial partners to school as employees and they hold most of the power of making decision. The Principal is side tracked by these people. The culture in the school is terrible.

...leaves are sanctioned and bus duties are there. Old Teachers are exploited here. They ask their teachers to work day and night with such a low amount of salary.

Dislikes

Teachers who has given 7-8 years of their life are treated badly. They are still asked to work with low salary. Only new teachers are given advantage by the Principal of Jankipuram school Lucknow.

Provides a good scope of grooming, good opportunity to attend workshops, lot of learning takes place.

... coordinators intentionally creates a worst environment for faculties to resign. Salary is under remark also career growth is also very slow.

Healthy work environment and good colleagues. It is the best organization in the town in terms of job satisfaction, job security, handsome salary and several other facilities from school.

In advertisement they wrote salary as per the DPS society norms.... But still they are not following..... maximum teaches are suffering after join..... So who wants to join don't believe their verbal statement.... Only believe in written statement..... And one thing more every year more than 50 teachers are leaving this school..... here teachers are getting behaviour from authority like a dog..... No time will get for family because working time is 8 hours 10 minutes..... From morning to evening..... Increment policy also not..... This year no increment given..... And discrimination is everywhere in the school......
