...Also there is no retaining policy incase you took break for maternity reason. 2. Also there is no salary giving criteria, and you can not demand also as per your Excellency.

There's nothing I can comment. They don't treat you well even if you are fulfilling their demands. They may sack you at any time they want, even on one day notice period.

... than 2-3years. Pregnant women are harassed and troubled so that they resign. After I resigned my salary was put on hold without any notice, just because I resigned.

Everything is horrible... Choking work environment... You have to handle all side subject like gk, life skills apart from your subject workload. I'm having experience of 10+yrs of PGT but this is the only school I saw where 1%respect is not there for pgt teacher... Every decision is taken by a group PPL buttering the vice principal. Viceprincipal is totally out of sense. Not aware about anything which is right. She is giving decisions and circular under the influence of some ppl. If you have another option don't ever join this organisation. Staybacks are energy suckers... Our personal life gt distorted. No work life balance is there because of staybacks. Teachers always feel like exhausted.

I served almost 2.5 years here, and in 20+ years of experience that too in DPS (Different Location) i Must say this is the worst DPS Branch I ever work. Pathetic Work Cultural. Totally Confused Principal and her team. They Just want to be a puppet and follow their instructions.

There is nothing that I dislike about my work place. Intact it is home away from home and amazing place to work at.
