It was a great opportunity , very good experience with team of Delhi public school Indirapuram under the guidance of Mrs Meeta Rai, principal of Delhi Public School, a well known name in field of education. I have learnt a lot in DPS indirapuram.

Dislikes

Compensation is slow there was a lot extra responsibilities and work pressure.But I liked it. The only reason I left the job is the opportunity that I got it as founder principal in another school.

I am writing this a parent and not an employee. The school management is obnoxious, self-boosting bunch of baboons. Parents/Kids are nothing but a milking cow for them. The treat parents like a 3rd class citizens and make them feel as if they are doing a favour by giving the admission to the kids. Teacher's are clue-less bunch of sheps who rally behind highly self-absorbed, ill-mannered, lying principal. The only thing that the teachers know is - SHOUT in the class of 1st grader students and have negative child management skills. Overall, if you are only willing to waste your money then go for this school. I can guarantee that they will learn NOTHING from this staff/school. there are LOT LOT better schools in-and-around the area. Better to go for a government school over this school. At least, you will save some money

DPS Indirapuram is a place of exploitation with a negative environment. Management does not take care of staff's rights. They force you to be with management at your health cost but if the same staff needs support they deny it. Nowadays, the management replacing the senior staff with low-cost staff which has turned the negative aura of DPS Indirapuram. So genuine people are leaving this place. No development at all.

Mismanagement of Senior authorities. They are not committed people.

Good learning experience able to help many children with special need manily with reading writing difficulties

Mainly the teaching was in learning centre so less interaction with regular teachers children are sometime labelled for that .more educators required with more facilities
