Private tuition is an alarming racket towards which the management has turned a blind eye. You require extra skills like boot shining to be the blue eyed boy or girl. Rules and regulations get flouted like no ones business

They provide you shared family accommodation where you can bring your family and keep. and also company culture is good.

Dislikes

Leadership is one of the worst part. We have brainless people leading and managing. Mallu influence is too much and more than 65% of staff is Mallu where they throw out any non mallu and replace with mallu.
