there is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is bond of 2years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

...ives,time to time training to all level of employees are given,being govt.deptt.job is secured, promotion as well as salary is as per govt rule, travelling allowances are also as per govt rule there is much more politics interference, no such other problems in the deptt.

Poltical disturbance, Delayed in promotion due to govt. rules.

Happy to work with the team of technical giants. Devoted to the services of people of Delhi round the clock .Very good culture to give respects to their seniors & colleagues. Give training to their each and every employee regarding the new technology/system.

Career growth is very slow. Political interference is very much. Salary is also not as per the talent of the person.

Enjoyed in service throughout the period,learned a lot,having very good experience serving in djb. I would like to serve further in some construction / consultancy / Clint firm , works in Delhi,Ghaziabad and Noida,as residing in Delhi.

Flexible hours. You don't need be in office all day.

Dislikes

Office doesn't have proper furniture or seats. Employees/head/manager don't care about you or your work quality, you just have to complete your work on time.
