Althought i am not telling this that they support me from pandemic but yes when i suffered from covid-19 at that time my department or my coligues help me to go through from this....and i am very thankful to my department coligue....althought hospital not satisfied me in this at all...🙁

I dont dislike but the thing is they are very bad is this salary is not decent at all its very very bad....after getting 3 yrs of experience i am only get 14k ...and the career growth is very very slow....i dont like these things at all

BUT DMS SIR AND COO SIR R VERY GENEROUS PEOPLE, THEY UNDERSTAND YOUR COMPLAINTS AND PROBLEMS , THEY NEVER THREATEN OR SHOUT ITS JUST THAT THEY TOO R UNDER PRESSURE OF M.D AND ADMIN DEPT. OTHERWISE VERY JOLLY COOL GENTLEMEN. EVEN OUTSIDE CONSULTANT ARE SO SWEET AND GRATEFUL TO JR ASSIGNED FOR THEM. security staff and nurse staff is also very good caring and friendly, house keeping , other pions r also very kind

Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
