-Notice period is 3 month for all, if you not served it then need to pay them - No mediclaim for mom dad -only one route for bus - Annual or family meet never happen -Increment % is too less and always increment will be less then union people. - work load will give who is doing and other are doing relax job - Appreciation % is too low -Increment and profit sharing every time delayed

...ates are not supportive they only blaming and the management is not transparent. Company policies are to bad and they didn't give good salary and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is to low and career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Production Manager is only Manager for saying he didn't know anything he is zero base knowledge. Mentally harrasment is more than work.

Delfingen is a really good company to work for. There is a positive environment around and I was happy with the culture. Facilities provided in the company are excellent and helped me alot to work efficiently and boost productivity. I would suggest anyone to join Delfingen as it is good, safe place to work.

Old culture, work load is zero but some management level members are doing hectic politics. In last some months of 2023 all clever person who can handle properly their work, they are leave Delfingen.
