Iam working this company since 2010 but still my salary be 21K my home to office distance is nearly 30km up & down 60km. The monthly transport cost is on average 6k. I got married in 2017. In 2011 I was promoted to Warehouse Executive but still my salary slip showing data entry operator. still no growth in my salary and carrier Before 2015 the company planned one yearly tour trip after 2015 not available in this option. Kindly do something grow up to my carrier & salary

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
