1. Delayed salary 2. No job security 3. Don't know how to make use of employees skills 4. The arrogant so called "Product manager" who doesn't even know Photoshop and calls himself a UI/UX Designer 5. Arrogance at its peak here. They sent a mail to a employee threatening him that they will take legal action just because he wrote a negative review here on Ambition box. Who knows they might send me that same thing too. But facts are facts.

Absolutely the worst people you will come across. They are just A bunch of sheep in Tiger's Skin All talk but no work. Just threaten people who write any negative reviews about them on the internet. GROW UP GUYS and have the guts to solve your internal issues before shouting and threatening. I am writing this review. Try threatening me and see how that goes

It’s really good environment to work, supportive manager & CTO. They will understand the situation and full supportive team. I really luck to be a part of core team. I’m enjoying everyday in office. Full credits goes to CTO & CEO. Thank you guys to provide full support to team members 🤝🤝🤝

My mentors and colleagues are extremely supportive. They make sure I feel included in projects and give constructive feedback on my work. I love the company culture so far. There is ample opportunity for growth and I aim to utilize it to contribute to the company in the best possible manner.

Degpeg is a great place to work with good culture and policies . We care about our employees , have fun and work hard . In Degpeg we have been given the freedom to follow our own path and generate ideas to help contribute to the success of the company .
