1. Delayed salary 2. No job security 3. Don't know how to make use of employees skills 4. The arrogant so called "Product manager" who doesn't even know Photoshop and calls himself a UI/UX Designer 5. Arrogance at its peak here. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
