There is nothing any for like in degania now.

Top management do partially with Old employees.They only encourage new employee coming from Phillips. All top management are jobless before joining of degania. Now only few old senior staffs are working there because they have no self respect. All good staff moved out from company.

Totally focused management in enabling quality product and elimination of any loss to patient's life. This company works on principles of lean six Sigma, creating an edge over other competitors. Results are achieved based on statistical tools, DMAIC methodology, defect elimination through proper RCA & implementation of Andon, Jidoka & Poka-Yoke enabling brand buildup without compromising to rejection. Sustained results enabled team to visit Sri Lanka for International quality award. CII platinum award for best kaizen & gold award for best project. Best company to join for learning with realistic concepts.

This company is good for new / fresher employees because there is so much for learning. Office staff is very helpful they also guide us.

There is no coordination between one department to another. One thing which i’m most dislike about this company is there is no promotion or appraisal for junior level employees.

Worst company to work due to no timing for company in and out time and too much work load on single person .

They don't want all people work in that company they only want that their own members will work in company .only Philip company employe works rest all can leave company .these type of environment they make in that company .they don't understand problems of any employee .they only understand ther own problems .
