The Salary credit is always on time. The company follows proper holiday calendar Since it is an Indian company, it makes you work a lot but that becomes an advantage for a fresher to learn much more in short time.

Politics - This is at the worst of what someone can expect. The Executive Director who is supposed to be a guiding light is quite the opposite. He has a selected base of people he takes and gives favour to, the way ge deals with HR is a complete manipulation, as he would pretend that he tried his best to do you a favour but on the other hand is working alongside HR to make your life worse and snatch away your opportunities for his selected favourite. (Which of course is a constant bystander in his office) The HR head and her entire department believes to be the king of the world. Trying to get the hands over the company, they make absurd rules and policies that help her and only her. Need a lot of improvement in behaviour and the ability to take and accept criticism. Seems like has a grudge against all men in the world. Workload, you are expected to pick up call every hour if every day of the week and come to office on weekends too

1. Increments and promotions are done for sycophant employees only (no performance based on evaluation). Increments are done very late like sep-oct and forget your increments if you are on resignation at the time of increments even though you have worked almost full year. 2. No appreciation for good work 3. Management is not supportive as well 4. No processes and defined systems there 5. No work culture 6. Employee retention process is also very week. 7. No job security. Employees thrown out of the office instantly. 8. Relieving process is also very poor. They mentally harass the employees. Many more reasons could be there…

* Defsys is Great Place to Work if you are not in IDC department. * Salary is on time. * Infrastructure is good. * Colleagues are best. * Timings are fixed (If you are not in IDC department)

If you are selected or moved to IDC department then be ready to make your personal and professional life hell. * No work Life Balance, you have to work 24x7 even on holidays i.e. National holidays and Saturdays + Sundays * GM- IDC (HOD) expects you to work 18 hours in a day. Come at 9:00 AM and go at 9:00 PM and attend conn call after reaching home. * GM-IDC (HOD) acts as a dictator, who forcefully compels you attend meetings in every weekend which lasts for 6-8 hours in a day or calls you to office. If you raise any concern regarding that, then he yells and harasses you mentally. * GM-IDC (HOD) and Sr. Managers have zero technical knowledge but they take credit of all your work. * If you resign from your position then GM will take it in his Ego and will harass you by not confirming the last working day or will relieve you next day. *GM-IDC thinks HR department or any other department is nothing infront of him and it works how he want to make it work.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Some time HR has hired unknowlagble person for Senior position to handle the team without concern department experience. As per my observation without departmental knowledge and experience he can destroy to concern department. So I request to HR and Management to look in to this on High priority otherswise it may very dengours for company.
