Work culture and work environment is good but there will be no career wise growth. Salary increment is poor and no bonus. Contract employees are coming regularly through this pandemic where as permanent employees (Not scientists) are coming alternate days

Work life balance is very good. One will get ample of time to learn and study. Office timings are strict 8:50 to 5:30 (extended only of it's required). Scientists and other contract engineers will support alot. One can get both software and testing related experience due to its infrastructure. Subsidized canteen food and peaceful ambience.

... years. Like outside politics will be there based on scientist you are assigned. Salary change only if promoted to SRF. No insurance, PF, allowance (except HRA).

Not bad. But alternate days is better for this situation strictly follow

Dislikes

Total bad. Casual employees situation very much bad. More work but no salary. Some of employees not working. Salary increment for casual employees upto 500. Even monthly bus pass 1100. Permanent employees not supporting to casual employees for salary.

The company has a good resources and all latest softwares avaible.Good team which encourages freshers to learn and explore the technology.I have joined as a intern for my PG project and then joined as a contract engineer.I have got opportunity to work with the latest embedded softwares and got opportunities to participate in several workshops which helped to grow as an individual and as a professional.
