The organisation is very good in terms employee benefits where u can avail every facility which an military personnel will get . My job is to help the ex-military and in-service military personnel to get all remuneration from government by conducting meetings with higher government officials like district collector , preparing each and every soilders data file for the remuneration plans like loans, medical, children benifts more over. The main part of the job is to create an Database for the particular regions soilders and try to get as many as possible remuneration plans approved by our govt.
