1# Its a good company there is lot to self learning At the time of hiring they will give you very good hike in salary arround 25% inhand which you can not have generally in most of the indian companies. 2# Salarary on time and 100% accomodation for each employee in projects while in indian compqnies only 70% accomodation is provided like home and travel. 3# Company follow the rules and working hours are decided. 4# we can take responsibility as much as we can regarding our job. 5# job profile region is not limited one can expand his region as HVAC person can do fire fighting electrical and C&I. 6# you are given free hands to work.

...m because chinese people dont know english. 3# Only earning and zero learning. 4# Encriment is very poor if your salary is 50k inhand than you will get best incriment just 3k while in indian comp it is atleast 6k to 8k 5# They never pramot their old employees if today you are enggineer after 3 years you will be enggineer only even they are much capable than new hired employee for pramoted and higher posts. 6# Chinese deligation dont trust in old employees which demorlise the team that affect his performence. 7# Most of the people dont want to work for long time because of no pramotion and shortage of apportunities.

The HR team specially the head HR mam is so good. She understands the employees well and give them motherly touch to resolve their professional and personal issues. Them the management people at Bangalore, chinese sir and director from India are also very supportive. If a company has such people, they'll grow to heights.

Earning is good but learning is a little poor No specific training programs like designing ,soft skills, planing,documentation etc You will have to struggle to increase your knowledge because very few people are here for answering Over all company is good and caring of his employees
