Deepdive Media's employee team is quite supportive and cooperative, which is commendable. However, the management needs significant improvement. Although they frequently collect feedback, there is no proper resolution or action taken on the issues raised. Every three months, suggestions are requested, but they are rarely implemented. Additionally, the approach of some members of the management lacks professionalism, which impacts the overall work environment. It would be great if the company could focus on creating a more structured and professional culture to support its growth.
