There is nothing to like in DBEL. No job secuirty, No PF given, Management is worst. Company runs on its only policy i.e Work as slave not as a professional.

Haven't find anything good

Dislikes

Lots of dislikes in company no management at all ,poor manager attitude, senior engg and staff don't know much about working so company used to sub let the most of the work, no planning discussion to staff, Average quality work. Not a single skill development

As per my experience, when I was working on HIRDAY project in Amritsar, Senior staff was there great, they were having a lots of knowledge regarding the work. And my peers they all were like friends. I learn a lot from them n still using the treasurer.
