. I think good fit for this role because Respected sir/ maim I hold a PG degree in MSW. I have around 12 years of experience in rural development. I have skills in project management, Participatory Rural Appraisals, Financial management, IT skills, Monitoring and Evaluation. I also have various technical knowledge of Agriculture and livelihoods. I posses strong interpersonal skills and competencies. In my a decade of experience in rural development, I have seen various shades and developed my understanding of how actually the development projects work and why some of them don't work. I have developed empathy and skills to see problems from the lenses of community itself and to come out with the solutions that actually going to be sustainable and serves the purpose.
