Job security is poor and work culture is very good with coordination of management,Career growth and financial growth will not be there,And professional only there in DDUGKY.My intention according to proffetion there must need financial growth also then only satisfy and will do more efforts in working.

This is a good job, with 100% job satisfaction. Work culture is good. Company policies are good, they give good salary hike and bonus .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address issues. Salary is decent but career gowth is low. The management is not at all good with teachers . This is about Vuyyuru DP foundation (DDUGKY).
