...d management is noo supportive there is many problems copmany policies not good they don't give good salary and no job security

There is a lot of policies and management doesn't address our issues salary is very poor and growth is very very slow

... environment and culture.Teammates are supportive the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisal are fair they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

All peoples are loaded but this very much good organization for learning. Now they working in work culture. Most of the new activities are good for organization and employee

Some politics, some senior are not suitable for their post

One of a kind product, when you have either less competion and a terrible quality of product then its easy to survive for 40 years. DT is such a cmpany where learning is good but that learning wont be helping you to secure a different job in market.

ONE MAN SHOW. by this line it is easily understandable what is wrong with the company, although it is a pvt ltd company but its working culture is like a proprietor based. either way you can only survive when you adapt yourself to say YES SIR everytime. that one man show person keeps the track of your time to leave the office. Basically its just like Congress managed by one family and there is a RaGa leading it

Senior Management is very helpful.. But when it comes to appraisal they are less interested and also some of managers are need to examine are they productive enough or just passing their time? many of them working for more then 15 years but professionalism and perfection in job doesn't match with experience.

Teammates are helpful but also Politics is the major cause I left for.
