Dee Kay believes in quality of candidates rather than quantity which is something I really admire. We get paid leaves, flexible hours working. Everyone here talks with utmost respect and they have a friendly environment. Being a start-up, there is so much to learn, yet they don't burden us with loads of work.

Dislikes

Since, it's a start-up, I would say people who prefer big names, might not feel satisfied.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
