You have to work daily atleast 11 hours daily. Management doesn't care about work life balance. Communication is not in English Cannot improve your communication skills. Have to support on weekends.

Work life balance is not good for QA and favouritism is still there for the experienced people inside the company. No adaptation of new technology and difficult to upgrade the career. Good only if you staying in the company for more number of years and can learn the product and knowledgeable but not in career to learn more tools.

No value of employee, manager can talk to you in any way in entire office, no work culture, HR will not support you in against your manager,no matter how bad your manager behaved with you. Opportunity only for manager, not for employees, even they will not give you work as per your JD, no matter how much technical competent you are. Just hell ccompany. My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
