Dislikes

You have to work daily atleast 11 hours daily. Management doesn't care about work life balance. Communication is not in English Cannot improve your communication skills. Have to support on weekends.

Work life balance is not good for QA and favouritism is still there for the experienced people inside the company. No adaptation of new technology and difficult to upgrade the career. No value of employee, manager can talk to you in any way in entire office, no work culture, HR will not support you in against your manager,no matter how bad your manager behaved with you. Opportunity only for manager, not for employees, even they will not give you work as per your JD, no matter how much technical competent you are. Just hell ccompany. I you have self respect please never join this company, because your self respect can be crushed anytime by your manager.
