New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Dislikes

Teammates mostly unsupportive seniors, no training programme for freshers, terrible job security, high end politics by seniors , unhealthy work environment, zero work life balance overall wil not recommend to any fresher.

No pros are there apart from good salary

Dislikes

Job security, lot of politics, no work life balance, no career growth, you need to do whatever they are asking even approach/things are not good. Work environment is not good. They want to deliver a baby in 1month instead of 9 month but no one can succeed in this scenario. Late night work culture. Only POC'S and Demo are life there. They can fire the people anytime by saying "Your performance is not good or we don't have work for you". No real clients.

Everything. Bad choice to join the company. Director of engineering never allow his team to grow and explore. Fire people without any fault and any notice Big Liar... Says employees are there family but never stand by there side in worst situation Fired 40+ employees when COVID was nust started. Without any reason and notice Bad increment policy.

I don't like anything because of my worst experience. Using them selves new technologies not stable in what they are doing but they want employees should be master. Total mismanagement.
