...ill get to learn a lot of things as you will be given multiple responsibilities. Salary benefits are good. They often do team parties and the best of them is the permanent work from home work culture. No one will force you come to the office but if you want, you can always go.

You may have to keep the laptop with you always even on a vacation due to no backup. Job security is an issue.

...month. But it is of no use as people won't be able to move out to find new jobs. They could have retained all by deducting some % of salary from all the employees.

Dislikes

There is no new to learn. Each and every person is doing the same routine. They call people anytime (as their clients is from US) regarding issues. The HR knows nothing about employees as compensation is not in her hand.
