Even after I left the job, they didn't gave me experience certificate, they told me that I was in blue collar.

Nothing to like about this company, when they need you they will pamper you. When they don't they will start harassing you so that you leave.

There is no job security, even if you are a permanent employee, they can show you the doors. Increments were denied , no growth

It's like One Man show and policies can be changed overnight. No job security. Very stagnant and very less room to learn something new. No individual goals and objectives.No performance appraisals
