Not a single thing. Only employee exploitation and I have explained below

Dislikes

...and no work culture. No respect. No fixed rules. No conveyance. No appreciation. No full salary. No timely salary given. No work life balance. Employee exploitation. No medical. No pf. Only torturous environment. No leave approval till 6 months. Continuous work without a single leave for 6 months. No intervention of the owner in the exploitation of staff. Employees are given timely warning letter and I can fwd the same if any one requires as I have them in ample. Not even lop leave without approval.
