There's plenty of room for growth as a professional given the studio has many international projects. The five-day work week is a huge relief and balances out even the most hectic days. Being a part of Deckor means there will be challenges for which you have to keep pushing yourself.

Likes

Deckor has been an excellent company to work at. Being a small business, the teams are able to quickly get acquainted with the day-to-day operations. With a fast-paced work culture, there's more room for growth among many other positives. The team members are supportive and helpful while welcoming newcomers. Additionally, the working hours are flexible while at times, it may stretch out a bit. The office environment is fun and expansive with the benefits of healthy home-cooked food and tea breaks. All in all, it's a startup, and wearing too many hats, stepping out of comfort zones, and learning more every step of the way

Dislikes

Sometimes wearing too many hats can also be equally exhausting and fruitful- the beauty of working in a startup! Also, I'd advise the management to be more receptive to taking feedback.
