Nothing. No growth, no new learning opportunities. I have wasted my 3.5 years over there.

Dislikes

I did hard work till 3 years and 5 months over there but still they have laid off because project not extended by them because in a 10 years time they did not get chance to develop a good product.

Likes

In decisivedge, you will get ton of new opportunity to implement the new solutions for any problem. Also the work culture is pretty good. HR policies are also good. They always provide good supprot for employees.

There are no things that I personally dislike.

Company is very good for freshers. As company gives chance to work on development of project from initial phase. You have little bit work life balance as well.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike about just only thing is company should provide learning curve path for employees.

The developer community in Decisivedge is pretty cool. They allow newbies to try new things and also consider their thoughts about the technology implementation.

Dislikes

As working in the corporate world basically in IT, We all need a work-life balance. Here I can say the balance is moderate.
