Good for freshers

Dislikes

No good technologies. 85% projects are on talend, postgres and tableau. No increment/appraisal on promotion. office Politics all 5 days office. Leaves are very less. You will not be allowed to talk in the client calls (only Senior managers and directors will do most of the conversation) No reimbursement for Certifications, Transportation, Internet etc.

Likes

No work life balance, there is lot of micro management and managers talks in abusive language with employees. One of the worst company to work.

Work life balance for the only people who have been associated with the company for the longer time.

1. The work environment is not welcoming at all. 2. They make you feel like you are good for nothing. 3. CEO is biased and he listens only to the people he favor. 4. No learning for your professional growth. 5. Appraisals are for those people whom the CEO supports.

Likes

They handle projects end to end. So a single person learns everything from ETL to visualisation.

Dislikes

No employee engagement. Absolutely no training for jobs which are built in house. Terrible attitude of managers. In around 5 years they grew only to 30 people. Attrition is high despite good monetary rewards. You don't do what you're hired for. The atmosphere is like a school (bad one at that) Limited WFH. No team support- culture is unsupportive. No health insurance. Hilarious one- currently their washroom is shared with multiple offices and it's pathetic.

Great place to learn and experiment with new technologies. Flexible work timings. Great set of people and colleagues.

Dislikes

High pressure with resources working on multiple projects. Not very process driven.
