Unreliable Company with Good database to offer in market. Employee careers are always at stake with no good benifits from company.

Dislikes

Work culture is poor with no job security. They don't pay annual bonuses as well.

Likes

Excellent work life balance, compensation and benefits. Good work environment and teammates. Politics exist but only moderately (to be expected in any organization I think). Flexible time (team/manager dependent). Opportunities to move between / within teams and roles (depends on skills and manager).

Dislikes

Opportunities to learn and innovate in work is limited. The company has legacy products, if you are working on them, there is very little scope for innovation. Learning is will seem very limited for people used to dynamic environments, especially if working on legacy products. This however, is team dependent. For prospective employees, make sure to grill your interviewer about the nature of work and evaluate it critically. Very little client interaction at junior levels (anything below 'lead').

work-life balance is the only thing which I say I liked. Otherwise, nowadays environment is worst compared to the first two years of DRG, and I will give credit for this to dumb inexperienced managers who play politics all the time.

Dislikes

No career growth, Salary hike is below standard.
