Management is very driven and highly motivated towards each and every employee growth. Work culture is very good and your work life balance is also yo maintained easily. Seniors are very cooperative

...ept new changes there is a lot of chances to grow. I don't see any major issues. Although Compensation is good yet need to take care about the compensation as per the industry standards.

Since the day joined upgrade learned a lot of new things. They provide wide range of courses We can do our creative ideas here. There is not work pressure on our head @the time of work. Supportive management. Good work life balance

Average pay. Not much benefits

People are very friendly in Decision minds.. All follow discipline and culture and if you are in bench then there is less chances of job security but if you are in project your job is secure.

So, there is no much benefits and compensation as i worked here from last 1.5 year but didn't get any hike whenever i ask to my managers they said next month.. but i dont know when will be the next month.. so this is the only cons in Decision minds.

They are not equal opportunity employer. If you are relative or friend of CEO or other higher position person than only we will get recognization of your work. Diffent action for same behavior. Worse company I have seen in the life, never ever join this company. They are having lot's of partiality. Highest level of unethical practice here. They also plan work for Saturday, Sunday and Holiday as well. They are not ready to understand the employee problems. They hold salary of employee and contactor as well.
