But the only satisfaction doing a job comes after a good salary which leads to a good working employment for any employee, here the case was different salary doesn't credited here in time at all so whoever thinking to join the office for regular office should avoid this company.

Job security is good ,carrier growth is AVG,not so much learning,salary growth is excellent,less politics,but problem with old employees who got settled in company,no work culture.best for freshers and experienced people till 4 years,and good for managers.most of the employee s are attitude people .

Good company for freshers and managers,job satisfaction is not there .job security is more untill you prove your skill.

... is required 10 people they keep 6-7 people and push team to meet the deadlines.Also if the work is to be done in 1 month and client says want in 7 days will pay extra money . management says “yes , will do” then we have to sit on Saturday and Sundays and then we are blamed for not so much good quality.

...interviews and confirmed selection. Call for F2F round and hv wasted 1 more day. That day also confirmed selection and salary. Then kept on delaying offer letter and after 25 days offered 3 L less from the agreed salary.

Salary not credited on time, no appraisal on time, Work pressure. You have to work in many projects and need to take accountability of the projects even though not in the job role.
