...otiable. 2. Notice period is for 90 days and not negotiable for a single day. 3. Salary and compensation are very very less and poor. 4. Company claims the 5 days of the week but you need to work Saturday and Sunday too and they are not providing overtime allowances. 5. Night Shift allowances are very less and it is based on your CTC. Recommend to not join this company if you want a better salary, good work-life balance and compensation.

...rked 63 hours a week which is against the Laws as mentioned in the offer letter. And when I took a leave they would deduct salary. My one suggestion get here only in worst case scenario .Herd Mentality. Till now I have only learned new ways to copy and paste data. Even the employees think that management is doing the wrong thing taking advantage of Covid pandemic and hiring labour at cheap rate. No research but data entry job. SUGGESTION FOR MANAGEMENT: Money acts a motivation for people you can't expect someone to get underpaid and work at 100% even if someone is working at one point of time he would realize. People join companies to achieve theri dreams and now shattered..I see people who are getting full salary and me just due to covid getting less paid (due to WFM, people are not working). Anyways just learned something about the how dark corporates works NO HOLIDAYS NOT EVEN UK/US. IF YOU TAKE A LEAVE, THEN YOU HAVE TO REIMBURSE THAT ON SUNDAY. MONDAY TO SATURDAY WORKING- SOMETIMES EVEN ON SUNDAY BUT YOU WON'T BE PAID FOR OVERTIME, BUT THEY WILL DEDUCT SALARY FOR UNDERTIME.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. For fresher DPA is the best company.

...month notice period...As well as we can use only 1 compensatory off in a month.. Salary is decent.
