Unnecessary invitation to travel to H.O from Remote workplace, Micro management, Namesake application Manager, Unrealistic expectations from the head. Targeting individual employees as per the head's mood. Namesake solution providers, unnecessary delay in working on enquiries by application team, who needs basic details to be spoon fed to them.
